BOOKING POLICIES



To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both client and therapist, please review the following policies:

Appointments

All appointments are booked by text message. Please include your preferred date, time, location, and type of massage when booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Receipts for insurance purposes are provided. 

Service Area

Mobile massage services are available in the Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, and Barrie areas.

Health & Comfort

Please communicate any injuries, medical conditions, or pressure preferences before or during your session so treatment can be tailored appropriately.

Arrival & Timing

Please allow 5–10 minutes before and after your scheduled massage time for set-up and pack-up. To ensure a relaxed experience, it’s best not to schedule other appointments or commitments immediately before or after your session.

Travel & Timing Considerations

As a mobile service, travel times can occasionally be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or road closures. While every effort is made to arrive on time, slight delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
